Gem Fire have been specialists in the fire protection systems industry since 1985. GEM Fire Service is an independent company engaged in the Design, Installation, Commissioning, Servicing, and Testing of a complete range of Fire Protection Systems.

Our years of experience in the industry mean there is very little in Fire Protection we have yet to encounter, and allows us to apply the knowledge that can only come with that experience to help find a solution that meets your needs, and complies with Australian Standards and insurance requirements.

Team Training Commitment

Gem Fire employs our own team of System Designers, Fire Sprinkler Fitters, Fire Alarm Technicians, And Fire Fighting Equipment Service Technicians, as well as administration staff, and as such focus on continuous improvement for our staff, so you can be comfortable all our staff are up to date with current Australian Standards and good practice in the industry.

Gold-Standard Service
We provide comprehensive Service & Testing of all Fire Protection Systems, including Fire sprinklers, Fire Detection and Alarm, BOWS/EWIS Systems, and Portable Fire Equipment. Rely on us for servicing that is responsive 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Graham Millard – Director/Estimator

Graham has over 45 years’ experience in the Fire Industry and started GEM Fire in 1985. Graham thrives on solving clients’ problems in a practical and efficient manner. If there is a problem with your Fire Services, Graham and the team will work to find a solution.

Kai Richards – General Manager

Kai started at Gem Fire in 2011 and has used his time at the company to become well versed in all aspects of Fire Protection. Kai has a variety of knowledge across the entire Fire Services, and if he doesn’t know the answer, will go out of his way to find it for you. Kai is a problem solver and enjoys delivering solutions for our clients.

Sean Rosowski – Mechanical Services Supervisor

Sean leads a team of Qualified Sprinkler Fitters and apprentices to deliver Wet Fire Systems to our clients. Sean commenced his apprenticeship with Gem Fire in 2004, and since then has been an invaluable part of our team, helping to deliver quality systems to Gem Fire clients. Sean has been the Mechanical Services Supervisor for several years and continues to ensure the same level of quality is delivered daily.

Brendan Cheesman – Electrical Services Supervisor

Brendan commenced his electrical apprenticeship in 2005. After completion of his apprenticeship, Brendan went on to specialise in the Dry Fire Industry. Brendan joined Gem Fire in 2013 and has built a strong team of Qualified and Apprentice electricians with a vast knowledge of dry fire systems to deliver exceptional service on both new installations and existing systems alike.
